Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the SidraChain KYC Port, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is designed for secure identity verification within the Sidra blockchain ecosystem. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
2. Digital Identity & KYC
Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the KYC Port login and verification process. Misrepresentation of identity or the use of automated "bots" to access SidraChain assets is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
3. Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sidra login credentials. We utilize advanced encryption to protect the Sidra wallet access points, but users must ensure their local devices are secure from unauthorized access or phishing attempts.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to bypass SidraChain security protocols.
- Using the KYC Port account for money laundering or illegal digital asset transfers.
- Interfering with the servers or networks connected to the Sidra blockchain.
- Reverse engineering the SidraChain team software or authentication methods.
5. Limitation of Liability
SidraChain and its creators are not liable for any losses incurred due to lost passwords, stolen Sidra wallet keys, or third-party exploits. Digital asset trading involves high risk; users verify their Web3 identity at their own discretion.
